100 X BEAVER
100% beaver western-style hats: hats made of fine fur from the soft underbelly of the beaver, a quality which is both heavy-duty and has a silky soft surface. (The letter X appears 100 times on the leather band inside the hat.)

20 X or 10 X or 4 X are all top STETSON qualities made of a blend of beaver and hare fur. The X refers to the percentage of beaver fur in the blend.


FURBLEND
90% wool with 10% hare fur - a low priced, heavy-duty quality for western-style and outdoor hats.

VITA-FELT
Protected brand name for STETSON hats only. A light, roll-up felt hat made of pure wool. These hats are waterproof and retain their shape.

GENUINE PANAMA
Ultrafine, light straw weave for STETSON summer hats. Handwoven in Ecuador.

COOL MAX (DUPONT)
In STETSON's Appalachian Trail range, an especially comfortable inside band for cool heads. The band absorbs moisture and then gives it off again instantly making for optimum wearing comfort and a fresh and dry head.

STETSON PROTECTOR-ALL WEATHER HIGH PERFORMANCE
Stetson "Protector" membrance  prevents water and wind from passing through the membrance but allows the passage of the body`s natural moisture vapor. Your head will remain comfortable, warm and dry. Stetson "Protector" products can be hand washed or dry cleaned.

OSFA - One Size Fits All
The inside band is made of a stretch material which adjusts to the wearer's head size. This means one size of hat fits any size of head.

U-SHAPE IT
The brims of U-SHAPE IT STETSON hats can be shaped as the wearer desires. The brim contains an unbreakable, rust-proof wire insert and so retains whichever shape the wearer wants. Howdy John Wayne!
